PACKAGE INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING ELH PANELIZED BUILDING SYSTEM:
  • Selected plan blueprint (5 sets) complete with the panel and truss layout and installation instructions.
  • Plans engineered for your area wind, snow loads etc.
  • Exterior wall panels (Ready for quick assembly and note 1.)
  • Panel installation consumables, tie downs etc. (note 2.)
  • Exterior wall ceramic based stucco and coating per plan
  • GP Dens glass gold sheathing per plan (could be arranged for local pickup)
  • Spray Polyurethane Foam Insulation kit per plan
  • Interior wall panels (Ready for quick assembly note 1.)
  • Nu-Truss 2.0 trusses (Ready for quick assembly)

1. All ELH Panels are pre hole stamped for easy electrical and plumbing work and bucked in the window and door openings for ease of installation, saving time and money! 
2. Wall panel consumables include everything needed to complete the construction of your building. Including: panel connectors, screws, nuts, bolts, Simpson tie downs and garage paco beams all as needed per the plan and code.
3. Roof truss consumables include everything needed to complete the construction of your building. Including: truss connectors, screws, nuts, bolts, Simpson clips all as needed per the plan and code.
